We train and document caregivers in India and hand you a file that has already been checked. The licence, the placement, the visa and the household stay yours — we have no Israeli entity and we do not want one.

No fee, no obligation, no exclusivity. You run your own process from there.
Why this is worth ten minutes

Your permits track the people who stay.

A bureau’s right to bring workers in is set against its own registered headcount and its placement performance — and the table is published every month, for everyone to read. A caregiver who arrives unready costs you twice: once when the placement fails, and again when the headcount that carries your next allocation falls with it.

01

The worker arrives ready

Certified, understood on day one, and already months deep in their own commitment. Nothing is learned on your client’s time.

02

The placement holds

The household keeps the caregiver it was matched with. Your registered headcount holds, and the rate you are published on holds with it.

03

The allocation holds

And it grows. Headcount is the variable your next permit allocation is calculated against — so retention is not a soft benefit, it is your licence to import more.

We are not selling you workers. Ninety bureaus can find workers. We are selling you the part that is hard to buy: the ones who stay.

[S] Our reading of PIBA Procedure 9.2.0001 and the monthly authorised-office table. We would rather be corrected by you than be right on paper.
Four failures you have already paid for

Every row here has cost a bureau a placement.

The programme was built around the four ways an India-sourced pipeline actually breaks — not around what reads well in a deck.

01Language
Usually

“Conversational English” on a CV, then three memorised sentences on the interview call.

Kaushal Edge

CEFR B2 English, tested and logged for every candidate — the level the intake gate actually asks for, and a number your own staff can re-test in five minutes. Hebrew begins in India and continues after arrival. We do not claim a Hebrew speaker off the plane, because nobody honestly can.

02Commitment
Usually

A candidate you have pre-interviewed twice goes quiet in week three of the visa file.

Kaushal Edge

990 hours are completed before your bureau ever sees the file. Months of their own time and their own money are already spent. The ones who were never serious leave in week two of the programme — in India, at our cost, not at yours.

03Record
Usually

A background check that is a signed declaration, not a verified record.

Kaushal Edge

Police verification, Aadhaar-eKYC identity, and the certificate held in DigiLocker with a QR your own staff can scan. India’s government issues the verification; we only hand you the key to it, so you are not taking our word for anything.

04The route
Usually

An unclear answer when you ask which rail a candidate is entering on.

Kaushal Edge

Two named lawful routes, set out below, on identical terms. If that question ever gets a vague answer from anyone, that is the answer.

The profile standard

What arrives on your desk.

This is the standard every graduate file is built to. A specification, not a testimonial — you can hold a file against it line by line, and every line marked [V] you can check for yourself, without asking us.

[S] Stated by Kaushal Edge and checkable on request. We mark these separately on purpose.

The curriculum is being written with practising geriatric-care clinicians. If you send us your floor supervisors, we will build their corrections into it — that offer is open whether or not you ever take a candidate.

The legal basis

Two routes. Both lawful. Identical terms.

Route 01

The government queue

Under the India–Israel framework, NSDC International nominates on behalf of India’s skills ministry, the authority runs the selection, and the final choice is the employer’s. Kaushal Edge trains and documents candidates who enter this queue.

We will say the unhelpful part out loud: this rail has moved very few people. That is not a reason to avoid it — it is the reason route 02 exists.

[V] NSDC International · Israel programme
Route 02

Direct referral to your bureau

Our reading is that your licence governs your placement activity, not your sending-country training partner — so we can refer trained, documented candidates to you directly, on exactly the terms above.

That is our reading, and your licence is the one at risk, not ours. We would rather your counsel tested it before anything moves. Ask us for the research and we will send it the same day.

Place and hold

  • The licence
  • The employer and household match
  • The visa file
  • In-country support, and the relationship

We hold no Israeli licence, we are not applying for one, and we will never sit between you and a household. That is not modesty. It is the only structure that keeps both of us clean.

What this costs

Nothing to your bureau. A training fee to the candidate, and nothing else.

Every serious counterparty asks what the worker pays, and they are right to — the debt this corridor is known for is where its worst stories begin. So what matters is the structure, and here it is in full.

Your bureau pays
Nothing.
Ever.
No placement fee, no retainer, no share of your monthly fee. On either route, at any volume, for as long as we work together.
The candidate pays
One training fee. Nothing else.
For the programme, the language teaching and the documentation — itemised, in their own contract, in a language they read. Deliberately kept nominal, because a caregiver who arrives in debt is a placement that fails.
01

Nothing at all is charged for the job. Not by us, not by a sub-agent, not by anyone we work with. The training is the product; access to your desk is not for sale.

02

The licensed recruiting entity charges only the statutory service fee, at the cap India sets and not a rupee above it. That is the whole of what it may lawfully take, and the whole of what it takes.

03

If a candidate ever tells you they paid someone else to reach you, we want to hear about it. That is not a policy line. It is the one thing that would tell us our own chain had a hole in it.

Founding partner · first five bureaus

First pick of the cohort — the files come to you before they go to anyone else — and a named seat in the curriculum room alongside the clinicians writing it. Your floor supervisors know what breaks in month two better than any syllabus does.

[S] Fee structure stated by Kaushal Edge. The itemisation sits in the candidate’s own contract, and we will put that contract in front of you.
What we put in writing

A commitment you can hold us to, instead of a statistic you have to believe.

Anyone can send you a retention percentage. A percentage is not a remedy — it does not put a caregiver back in the household when a placement ends, and it costs the company quoting it nothing. So we will not quote you one. We would rather carry the risk ourselves, in writing.

Undertaking · Kaushal Edge Private Limited

If a caregiver placed through Kaushal Edge leaves within three months of arrival for reasons within our control, we source and train a replacement at no further training cost — not to your bureau, and not to the household.

The first cohort is in training now, and the files that come out of it are built to the standard set out above.

We are an Indian company throughout, incorporated in India and filing there. No Israeli entity, no local intermediary, nobody in between.

The Hebrew on this page is limited on purpose. We would rather write it with you than run it through a machine and have you find out which one we did.

Read one file | before you commit to anything.

The fastest way to judge this is not another page. Tell us the household profile you struggle hardest to fill, and we will send documented files matched to it.
01

You name the gap. The placement you have re-filled twice this year, or the profile nobody sends you.

02

We send files, not a proposal. No fee, no obligation, no exclusivity, no contract to sign first.

03

You run your own process. Exactly as you always have. We do not sit in it.
