This tells you exactly what this website collects, what it does not, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be checked, not skimmed.
The short version. This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics and no advertising or tracking pixels of any kind. It loads nothing from a third-party server — not fonts, not scripts, not images. The only personal information it collects is what you type into the call-back form, and that goes to an advisor.
Kaushal Edge Private Limited (“Kaushal Edge”, “we”) is a company incorporated in India, CIN U78100HR2026PTC147051, with its registered office at Unit 1, 3rd Floor, JMD Empire Square, Near Sikanderpur, DLF QE, Gurugram — 122002, Haryana, India. For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here.
Only what you give us. When you submit the call-back form, we receive:

That is the complete list. We do not ask for, and this website has no way to receive, your date of birth, address, passport number, Aadhaar number, bank details, educational certificates or photographs. If you later choose to share documents with an advisor, that happens outside this website and is covered by the agreement you sign then.
The pay calculator saves your inputs in your browser’s local storage (ke_calc) so your figures survive a page reload. If a form submission cannot reach us, it is held on your device (ke_leads_pending) until it can be sent. Neither leaves your device by itself, and clearing your browser data removes both.
We use what you give us for one purpose: to call you back and advise you on a route. We also use it to keep a record of that conversation so a later advisor is not starting from nothing. We do not use it for any unrelated purpose.
We keep enquiry records for 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted. If you become a trainee, your records are kept for as long as your programme and any statutory or contractual obligation requires, and that is set out in the agreement you sign.
Your enquiry is stored in Google Workspace, which we use as our processor under Google’s terms. Access is limited to Kaushal Edge staff who need it to advise you. We do not transfer your data to any other company for its own purposes.
We will disclose personal data where the law requires it — a court order, or a lawful demand from a government authority — and not otherwise.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may:

Our programmes are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted the form, write to us and we will delete it.
Enquiries travel over an encrypted connection and are stored in access-controlled Google Workspace accounts. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise; if a breach affects your data we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as the Act requires.
If this policy changes we will publish the new version here with a new effective date. The version in force is the one on this page.
