2. What Kaushal Edge is — and what it is not.
Kaushal Edge is a training institute. We train candidates to the standard an employer abroad hires against, and we introduce trained candidates to employers.
We are not a registered recruiting agent under the Emigration Act, 1983, and we do not file visa applications. Where a visa has to be filed, it is filed by an empanelled recruiting agent holding a valid Registration Certificate. We can recommend one, or you are free to appoint your own. We will tell you which agent is involved in your case, and their registration number, on request.
Every figure, timeline and pathway on this site describes what the published rules of a destination country allow, and what employers in that country pay. None of it is an offer, a guarantee, or a prediction about your case.
Whether you receive a job offer depends on an employer. Whether you receive a visa depends on a government. Neither decision is ours, and no one who tells you otherwise — including anyone claiming to speak for us — is telling you the truth.
Wage figures are drawn from published sources and each carries a link to its source and the date we checked it. They are gross figures before tax and deductions, they move with exchange rates, and they describe a market rather than your offer. Our numbers page sets out every figure, its basis and its date.
The pay calculator is an estimate produced from your own inputs. It is a planning tool, not a quotation, and no one should make a financial decision on its output alone.
There is no rate card on this site because there is no standard route. Your trade, your corridor and your starting point set your fee. Your fee is itemised in writing and read to you before you pay anything. Government charges, test fees, medicals and travel are not our fees; where they apply, they are payable by you or by the employer, and they are identified separately.
The terms of payment, what is refundable and in what circumstances, are set out in the training agreement you sign. That agreement, not this website, governs the commercial relationship.
We will never ask you to pay a fee into the personal account of an individual. Our only email domain is kaushaledge.com. If anyone asks you for money in our name by any other route, do not pay, and tell us at once through our grievance page.
We take care that this site is accurate and current. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, or from reliance on a general figure rather than on the written advice given to you for your own case. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any right you have to approach a consumer forum where you live.
