Recruitment and visa filing for overseas employment are carried out by a registered recruiting agent, not by us. Complaints about a registered recruiting agent may be raised with the Protector General of Emigrants, Ministry of External Affairs, through emigrate.gov.in, where you can also verify any agent’s registration before you pay anyone anything. We encourage you to.

We will not treat you differently, or withdraw a place or a service, because you raised a grievance. If a complaint shows we got something wrong, we will say so and fix it.
