It learns you while it teaches you: your pace, your strengths, your weak spots, a track built for you alone from the best language research. German straight from ਪੰਜਾਬੀ or हिंदी, no English in between. English for Australia? The same way. You come out ready to live and work there, not just pass the test.
It grades the work, not the person: photograph your weld and it marks what it finds on the picture itself, then tells you where each mark sits against ISO 5817, the international standard. It reads those rules from a published rulebook it cannot rewrite, so the grade can be argued with. Your trainer confirms it or overturns it before it counts.
A certificate says you passed. The Kaushal Pramaan Book shows how good you are: every skill measured against the standard, the evidence attached, and laid out so an employer can decide from it directly. They see your work before they see your face, and pick you for it. The [V]s on this page run on the same rule: every claim, checkable.
"Which route fits me?" Your trade, or no trade yet, your years, your English: matched to the country hiring for it.
"What will I earn?" The real range for your route, converted to rupees, with the source beside it.
"How far is PR?" The visa class, the years it takes, and your family's place on the file.
