€2,700 to 3,650 a month: the recognition phase first, then the public staff-nurse pay table (€3,510 plus the nursing allowance), at ₹109 to the euro, before shift pay.

The visa

The staying

The family

The standard

B2 German plus the nursing language exam. Kaushal Bhasha teaches the German of the ward from your mother tongue, at the centre in Chandigarh, while your recognition file is built right the first time.

The demand

Route 2 · Australia

Registered Nurse

₹52 L+year one, gross

The sponsoring visa has a legal pay floor: AU$79,499 a year from July 2026, at ₹66 to the dollar. An employer cannot lawfully sponsor a nurse for less. The public award ladder runs to about AU$104,000 by year eight.

Is a GNM enough, or do I need a BSc?+

Both qualify you. Germany assesses your file against its own training: if it finds gaps, you close them with a knowledge exam or a supervised adaptation course, not a second degree. Australia runs your file through ANMAC first. The call tells you which route reads your file better.

What do I earn while Germany checks my degree?+

€2,700 to 3,000 a month gross, working on the ward. That is the honest number for the recognition months. The full staff-nurse table opens when recognition completes. It is printed on this page because you deserve to plan on it.

When does my family come?+

What if I fail the language exam?+

You retake it, and training continues until the standard is met. The fee is tied to milestones, not to luck. Nobody flies before the standard is met, because arriving unprepared is how routes fail.

What does it cost?+

The fee depends on the route, and you hear it itemised, line by line, on the call and then in writing. 30% of it falls due only after you have both the job and the visa.
