Employer-sponsored, the visa in your name, your family on the file. Trained to their standard in Chandigarh.
Nursing is a credentialed trade. You need a GNM or BSc in nursing plus your Indian registration. Ward experience helps, and Germany and Australia count it differently: your advisor maps yours on the call.
Four of our routes start from zero. We build the trade in you at the centre, then move you.
See the from-zero routes€2,700 to 3,650 a month: the recognition phase first, then the public staff-nurse pay table (€3,510 plus the nursing allowance), at ₹109 to the euro, before shift pay.
[V] TVöD pay table · public · valid to Mar 2027The honest part, up front: the recognition months pay less, €2,700 to 3,000 gross, while you work on the ward and Germany checks your degree. The full table opens when the licence does. It is printed here because you would find it anyway.
The sponsoring visa has a legal pay floor: AU$79,499 a year from July 2026, at ₹66 to the dollar. An employer cannot lawfully sponsor a nurse for less. The public award ladder runs to about AU$104,000 by year eight.
[V] Core Skills Income Threshold · Home AffairsNone of this is yours to work out alone. You get a route advisor with a name from the first call, and we teach the language, build the trade and prepare the file with you.
Your degree, your registration, your years: mapped to the corridor that fits your file, with every number sourced.
German to B2 and the nursing language exam, or the English band Australia asks for. Taught from your mother tongue in Kaushal Bhasha, alongside the clinical prep and not after it.
The German recognition file or the Australian assessment, built at the centre, and right the first time.
A named employer and a contract you can read, before any visa is filed.
Your papers, your file, your record.
Recognition months to the full title in Germany, or registered practice in Australia. The PR clock starts, and your family's dates are already mapped.
Both qualify you. Germany assesses your file against its own training: if it finds gaps, you close them with a knowledge exam or a supervised adaptation course, not a second degree. Australia runs your file through ANMAC first. The call tells you which route reads your file better.
€2,700 to 3,000 a month gross, working on the ward. That is the honest number for the recognition months. The full staff-nurse table opens when recognition completes. It is printed on this page because you deserve to plan on it.
Australia: on the visa file from day one, spouse working, children in school. Germany: from the staff-nurse permit, your spouse joins with no language test and full work rights. During the recognition phase the rules are tighter. Your advisor maps the exact dates before you pay anything.
You retake it, and training continues until the standard is met. The fee is tied to milestones, not to luck. Nobody flies before the standard is met, because arriving unprepared is how routes fail.
The fee depends on the route, and you hear it itemised, line by line, on the call and then in writing. 30% of it falls due only after you have both the job and the visa.
"Which route fits me?" Your trade, or no trade yet, your years, your English: matched to the country hiring for it.
"What will I earn?" The real range for your route, converted to rupees, with the source beside it.
"How far is PR?" The visa class, the years it takes, and your family's place on the file.
Your advisor calls you soon. Their name lands on your WhatsApp first, so you know exactly who is calling.
