Your family's questions, answered *straight*.

A daughter in scrubs shows her mother a phrase on her phone at home

This page is for the people deciding with you. We answer the first question first: does your family go with you. Then the protections while you are away, then everything else. Plain words, and every claim checkable.

Does the family go too?

Australia
Spouse and children go on the same visa file from day one, and your spouse can work. Permanent residency is typically 2 to 3 years in. [V] Skills in Demand visa · Home Affairs
Germany
Family joins once the skilled-worker permit is held. For nurses, welders and equipment operators, your spouse's German test is waived and your spouse can work at once. One honest exception: a driver's spouse passes basic German (A1) first. Settlement comes at 3 years with B1 German (drivers: the 5-year track). [V] Family reunification · §30 AufenthG
United Kingdom
Partner and children come as dependants, with no NHS health surcharge for any of you, in health professions. A path to residency exists; the UK is rewriting its settlement rules, so we quote no number until the law does. [V] Health and Care Worker visa · GOV.UK
Israel
Five years there earns more than a lifetime of the same work here. ₹24.5 lakh a year, on a wage floor set in Israeli law, for up to 63 months, with the fee cap and the weekly rest day written into a government contract before your child flies. The honest part: family does not accompany, and there is no PR track. They go to earn, bank, and return. [V] Legal wage floor · Bituach Leumi · 1 Apr 2026
Japan
The newest corridor. Family rules are mapped honestly on your call, and nothing is promised here until it is firm.
What the family holds while they're away

Who watches over them there?

01
A named contact, on a schedule.

Not a helpline: a person whose name your family knows, who calls on day 3, week 4, and months 1, 3 and 6 after landing. If anything changes, your family hears it from us first.

02
If it goes wrong early.

If a placement fails within the first three months, for any reason on the employer's side or ours, we bring them home and stand the transition. Support that is real, stated plainly, not dressed up as a guarantee of outcomes.

03
An emergency at home.

A 14-day emergency-leave protocol: we liaise with the employer directly to get them on a flight fast.

04
Trouble at work.

A response ladder with named windows: 24, 48 or 72 hours by severity. An employer whose complaints cross the 3% line is struck off our register. And the government's own MEA grievance channel stays open to you at all times, on top of ours.

05
The rights card.

Before flying, a laminated card in their pocket: the legal wage floor, the hours rules, and the numbers to call, in their language and the destination's.

No hostage clauses
₹0 hidden.
The fee is itemised before you pay a rupee: your route sets it, and your advisor reads you every line on the call. And 30% falls due only after you have a job and a visa.

The questions that matter.

What if the visa is refused?+

The fee is paid in stages and itemised in writing before a rupee is paid; what is refundable at each stage is written in the same agreement and read to you on the call, before you sign, not after. 30% falls due only after your child has both the job and the visa.

What if there is an emergency at home?+

The 14-day emergency-leave protocol: we liaise with the employer for rapid leave and handle the flight logistics with the family.

What if they are mistreated?+

The system above: 24, 48 and 72-hour response times, an employer struck off past the complaint line, and the MEA's statutory grievance channel always available in parallel.

What if the company shuts down or lays off?+

We re-place them within the same corridor at no new fee.

Is this legal, and in whose name?+

Every corridor stands on a government agreement, and the visa is in the worker's own name, sponsored by the employer. Nothing rides on anyone's word: the paper is checkable, and the [V] marks across this site open the sources.

How do we know what they signed?+

Every agreement is itemised in writing and read aloud on the call before signing. Your family can sit on that call; most do.

A route advisor talks the whole family through the picture together: the money, the visas, the protections, and what happens if anything goes wrong.
[V] Every answer in writing after the call, ready to show the family
01

"What happens if something goes wrong?" The protections above, walked through in your language, matched to your corridor.

02

"What does it cost, really?" The staged fee, itemised in writing, read to you before anyone signs.

03

"Can the family join the call?" Yes. Most families do, and every answer is put in writing after.
