Elder care · start from zero · legal route

This is what caring pays *abroad*.

A carer in scrubs walks beside an elderly man using a walking frame at home

You can start from zero: the trade is built in you at our Chandigarh centre. Employer-sponsored, a written contract, and in Australia your family on the file.

Who can apply

No certificate, no experience. We start from zero.

This is one of the trades we build in you from nothing at the Chandigarh centre. Care standards, the language of the ward, the paperwork, all of it.

Three routes · pick on the call
Route 1 · Australia

Aged care worker

₹38–48 Lyear one, gross

AU$58,000 to 72,000 a year, gross, at ₹66 to the dollar.

[V] Award wages · Fair Work Australia · checked Jul 2026
The visa
The Aged Care Industry Labour Agreement, a purpose-built sponsorship route Australia opened in 2023. Your employer sponsors, and the visa is in your name. [V] Aged care labour agreement · published guide
The staying
The same agreement carries its own permanent residency route, the 186, as early as two years in. Indicative, mapped exactly on your call. [V] Sponsorship to 186 under the agreement
Your family
Spouse and children on the same file. Your spouse can work. [V] Skills in Demand visa · Home Affairs
What you need
A Certificate III in Individual Support. You start from zero, and we train you to it at the centre, with the English level the agreement requires (as low as IELTS 4.5 with some employers).
The demand
Care roles have been hard to fill across metro and regional Australia for five straight years. The shortage is structural: an ageing country. [V] Occupation shortage analysis · Jobs and Skills Australia
Route 2 · Israel

Home caregiver

₹24.5 La year, at the floor

NIS 6,443.85 a month, twelve months, at ₹31.7 to the shekel. This is the legal floor. Overtime and rest-day pay sit on top.

[V] Legal wage floor · Bituach Leumi · 1 Apr 2026

Five years in Israel earns more than a lifetime of this work at home. ₹24.5 lakh a year, on a wage floor set in Israeli law, for up to 63 months. The same work in India pays ₹1.8–2.6 lakh a year, so one year there is worth nine to fourteen here. India-side figures are market estimates, stated as ranges.

This is the most protected route we run. The wage floor, the fee cap, the weekly rest day and the health cover are written into a government-template contract before you fly, and the bureau’s fee is capped by law at one month’s wage.

The honest part, up front: there is no PR track, and family does not join you. You go to earn, bank, and return. Maximum stay is 63 months.

The route
The B/1 caregiver visa, under the India–Israel government-to-government agreement. The Indian side is NSDC International, which charges zero placement commission. [V] NSDC International · Israel programme
The contract
A government-template contract: 25 continuous hours of weekly rest, health insurance from day one, salary paid by the 9th of the month. [V] Foreign workers' rights · PIBA (gov.il)
The fees there
The Israeli placement bureau's fee is capped by law at one month's wage, paid in three instalments, partially refundable if you leave early. [V] Foreign workers' rights · PIBA (gov.il)
What you need
A 990-hour caregiver certification and proven intermediate English. You start from zero and the centre builds both in you. [V] NSDC International · Israel programme
Who this is open to
You qualify only if you have never worked in Israel before, and if no spouse, parent or child of yours is working or living there. And about nine in ten of these vacancies are for women. Men are placed on this route, into far fewer of them, and we tell you that before you pay anything rather than after. [V] Caregiver vacancies · NSDC International on NSDC JobX
The demand
In February 2026, the two governments committed to 50,000 more Indian workers by 2030, caregiving named among the sectors. [V] India–Israel summit commitments · Feb 2026
Route 3 · Japan

Care worker (Kaigo)

₹17–25 Lan estimate

¥3.0 to 4.5 million a year, at ₹0.56 to the yen. Firmed up on your call.

[E] Estimate · live corridor · firmed up on your call

The newest corridor, honestly: Japan is live, and the numbers here are estimates until our first cohort's contracts are in hand. What is fixed: the route is Japan's Specified Skilled Worker system, what you need is a skills test and a Japanese language test, and both are trained at the centre, from zero, in Kaushal Bhasha's method (Japanese taught from your mother tongue).

The route
The Specified Skilled Worker route. What you need is a care-skills test and a language test, both preparable from India.
What you need
No prior certificate needed to begin. The centre trains you to both tests from zero.
The staying
Long-stay roads exist through Japan's own care-worker qualification once you are working there. Your advisor maps them honestly on the call.
The route, in six steps

Chandigarh to the care floor.

None of this is yours to work out alone. You get a route advisor with a name from the first call, and we teach the language, build the trade and prepare the file with you.

01
The call.

Which of the three corridors fits your life: settling, earning, or the newest route. That is the first question, mapped on the call.

02
The language.

English for Australia, Japanese for the Kaigo route, taught from your mother tongue in Kaushal Bhasha. For Israel the bar is English. Hebrew comes after you arrive, the same as for every other nationality.

03
The training, from zero.

The care standards your corridor is assessed against, built at the centre, whatever your starting point.

04
The file.

Your certification and your documents, matched to an employer in Australia, or the government channel in Israel.

05
The visa, in your name.*

Sponsored in your name. In Australia, your family joins the same file.

06
The landing.

The ward, your first payslip, and the timeline your route promised.

No hostage clauses
₹0 hidden.
The fee is itemised before you pay a rupee: your route sets it, and your advisor reads you every line on the call. And 30% falls due only after you have a job and a visa.

Asked by every family

The questions that matter.

I have never done this work. Can I really start from zero?+

Yes. This is one of the trades built entirely at the centre. What you need is training, not experience.

Which country should I pick?+

The honest comparison: Australia is the route that lets you settle, with a PR road and family on the file. Israel is the most certain route: the strongest wage protection, everything written down, but no PR and family stays home. Japan is the newest route, firmed up on your call. The call exists to make this choice with you.

Is this respectable work?+

The difference: in these countries, elder care is a licensed, regulated profession with a legal wage floor and a written contract. It is care the country cannot run without.

What protections do I have in Israel?+

A government-template contract, 25 hours of weekly rest, health insurance from day one, and salary paid by the 9th. Fee caps are set by law, and passport confiscation is a crime there.

What does it cost?+

The fee depends on the route, and you hear it itemised, line by line, on the call and then in writing. 30% of it falls due only after you have both the job and the visa.
